FLAT ROOFING and SERVICES:

We install New Roofing (New Construction) We perform Roof Replacements and Repairs. We specialize in a variety of flat roofing systems using SBS torch-on membrane systems, E.P.D.M. membranes and various built-up roofing systems.

Flat Roof Repairs :

We perform a variety of roof repairs for your flat roofing needs.

SLOPED ROOFING and SERVICES:

We perform new construction of sloped roofs, as well as roof replacements and repairs. We excel at repairs and roof replacements such as cedar conversions (converting a cedar roof to a fibreglass laminate shingle or duroid type shingle [interlocking shingles, 3 Tab shingles).

We replace asphalt or fiberglass laminate roofs with new asphalt or fiberglass laminate shingle products.

Sloped Roof Repairs :

We perform a variety of roof repairs for your sloped roofing such as but not limited to skylight leaks, repair of holes to roofing from rodents and small animals, replace missing shingles, chimney base leaks, etc.

Emergency Services :

We are available for emergency services such as tarping, and repair of urgent roof leaks - 604-439-2000

Emergency repair for leaks caused by damage from things such as:

heavy snow, hail, wind storms, rain
tree branches and other debris hitting the roof and causing damage
other extreme weather

We perform roof inspections and can include photos and reports when desired. The inspection will then allow us to make recommendations for any maintenance and repairs indicated
